Psychotherapy & Design

I am interested in the theory of status anxiety, the paradox of choice and the philosophy of Gestalt.

Through this project I hope to catalyse or enable the sustained development of an individual. I’ll be looking at the methodologies of Eco Design and Gestalt Counselling and exploring how the two disciplines can work together to bring about changes in individual attitudes and / or behaviour.
